Why push-ups?

Push-ups are Fitness Director Paige Rose’s favourite toning exercise because they are a full-body functional exercise (uses your entire body) and they do a tremendous job defining the abs, triceps, shoulders, and torso.

 

How many and how often?

Paige advises working towards 3 sets of 10-15 push-ups (including modified push-ups), or as many as you can complete while still maintaining good form, every other day.

 

When can you see results?

If you do these reps every other day you will see results in 1-2 weeks.
